Recently, we have noticed an increase in spam on this forum: creation of hundreds of fake accounts, posts unrelated to our topics, AI slop, and so on. These attacks are most likely generated by bots using AI.
I've implemented several measures to mitigate these attacks. In practice, human participants should not notice any difference in how the forums operate.
I hope that the measures implemented will be sufficient and that discussions on these forums will not be adversely affected.
