You have made a fantastic contribution to Moodle with the Moodlebox. Many moodlers (as myself) are very grateful.
This little server inside a Raspberry Pi is extremely useful to demo the wonders that Moodle can do. And being able to showcase Moodle without having to ask permission to install a large server inside a restricted network, nor connecting to a sever hosted outsise the campus (as many universities have).
I will be looking forward to your new version.
In the meantime, I will need to execise my patience, as MDLSITE-8222 issue seems to be far from being solved...
"There are known issues with the Windows installers due to their reliance on the now-abandoned XAMPP. While it’s unclear if this is the root cause, it is odd that the 5.2dev installer is generated successfully while the 5.1 installer is not. We are continuing to investigate and will release the package once we identify and resolve the issue.".
And the package for Moodle 5.1 for Mac also seems to suffer the same issue.
