In our current application this is not a disadvantage. It is about a portable MoodleBox. The teacher brings it to the classroom. The students work on the devices they have. Due to various limitations, we don't expect more than a handful of active devices at any given time. So a lower spec R Pi will be sufficient, lowering the cost and giving longer duration of operation from a power bank.
