Is Pi-hole ever going to get integrated into this solution?

Seems like an amazing idea to merge the prime Pi Network-Wide Ad-Blocking solution with the Prime Pi Wi-Fi Extender.

Or at the very least to have an option for it. Seems a waste not to. It might attract a larger audience by providing a combined server management solution that lets you extend your Wi-Fi range (or at the very least provides a way to manage it more easily) while simultaneously blocking ads across your entire network.

But that's just a suggestion more than anything.

Irrespective of that, Pi-hole is a clever thing, and well-maintained - it needs these blacklists for the best effect. Without knowing inside, I guess Pi-hole can either extend or replace the DNS in the MoodleBox, without any collisions.

The only question is the need: MoodleBox is primarily meant as internetless server, it serves the content loaded in to it, the LMS Moodle but can be extended. So tracking is not topic at all, you control what you load in to it.

A note to the MoodleBox community: Add this no tracking thing to its list of advantages!

To clarify: Pi-hole was never on the roadmap of MoodleBox. And even if I use Pi-hole myself in my home, I think Pi-hole is not a good fit for MoodleBox, for 2 reasons:

I'm an adept of the Unix philosophy for MoodleBox: "Do one thing and do it well",
as @Ratna wrote it, MoodleBox is mostly intended for offline use, and so Pi-hole is of no use then.
