Updated to latest Moodle but mariadb and php not updating

I have a Moodlebox on a raspberry pi. It originally had Moodle 4.0. When I logged into it then it was showing a white screen and nothing more.

I then follow the Upgrade Moodlebox documentation and it appears to be successful. However since we got the latest version of moodle MOODLE_401_STABLE, which was released a few days ago, we got the PHP and Mariadb upgrade error as shown

So then try to upgrade the pi using a discussion thread here but it doesn't seem to upgrade properly. See screenshot below

What would be a quick fix for upgrading the PHP and mariadb, especially with the latest version of Moodle? @Nicolas

It seems that your MoodleBox was heavily customized, with one (strange!) added repository. It's difficult (and maybe impossible) to know where's the problem. Anyway, the first issue lies here:

This should not happen. Something has gone wrong before that, and we have to know it so we can give advice on how to fix it.

PS. I'm quite sure that your MoodleBox did not have Moodle 4.0 installed originally. Please give us the output of cat /etc/moodlebox-info.
