We are looking to use Moodle 3.10 and MoodleBox 3.9.0. My question is that if all of the H5P and other Activity plug-ins are compatible or if there are any that experience issues with these version? Thank you!

The Moodle code inside MoodleBox is the plain Moodle code moodle.org releases with only the MoodleBox specific plug-ins installed. So everything compatible with Moodle release 3.10 will be compatible with MoodleBox 3.9.0 too.
