Nicolas Hi Nicolas. I am new to Moodle and MoodleBox, but I can already tell that you are quite the authority. Thanks for all you have done to make this available to us. I am sorry to bring up an old thread, but I have questions about the captive portal. I see that you have successfully integrated NoDogSplash into the recent versions of MoodleBox. In your comment above you stated that the "Captive Portal Detection fails if the MoodleBox is not connected to the Internet," Is that limitation still in place?
I would like to bring a Raspberry Pi loaded with MoodleBox and a bunch of content to a remote location that has no internet. After users connect to the wifi I would like the captive portal to display a page that provides a link to where the content is. Other wise I have to have each user manually enter the URL. Is this possible yet?
In addition, when you say that "it must be connected to the internet" does that mean it is just looking for a valid IP address on the ethernet port?
